【多种模式并驾齐驱 创新药出海捷报频传】金十数据11月16日讯，近日，国内创新药出海消息不断：默沙东以5.88亿美元首付款获得礼新医药PD-1/VEGF双特异性抗体LM-299的全球独家许可；BioNTech以8亿美元预付款收购普米斯100%已发行股本；维立志博宣布与Aditum Bio成立新药研发公司，以NewCo（成立新公司）模式实现产品国际化。业内人士表示，海外广阔的医药市场吸引着中国生物医药企业走出去。目前License-Out（海外授权）、兼并收购、NewCo等多种出海模式并驾齐驱，共同推动国产创新药走向国际市场。值得一提的是，今年以来，维立志博、恒瑞医药、康诺亚等多家企业通过NewCo模式让创新产品实现出海。越来越多的中国创新药企逐步具备与国际接轨的研发实力和产品管线，凭借创新产品，融入全球生物制药行业的多样化生态圈。
