Campbell Soup (CPB) said late Tuesday it signed an agreement to sell its noosa yoghurt business to Lakeview Farms.
The selling price was not disclosed.
Campbell Soup said it expects to close the transaction in Q1 2025. The deal is expected to be dilutive to earnings per share by about $0.01 in fiscal 2025, he company said.
