StarHub (SGX:CC3) posted a net profit attributable to shareholders of SG$40.4 million in the third quarter, an increase of 11.1% from SG$36.4 million a year ago.
Total revenue, however, fell 5.8% year over year to SG$575.2 million from SG$610.9 million, according to a late Wednesday bourse disclosure.
The Singaporean media company attributed the decrease in revenue to lower revenues from the mobile, entertainment and enterprise segment, as well as due to lower sales of equipment during the period.
