Shougang Fushan Resources Group (HKG:0639) completed a rights issue offering one new share for every 30 existing shares, raising about HK$425.4 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The rights issue was 4.4 times oversubscribed, including 154,154,023 shares through provisional allotments and 574,703,567 shares in excess applications, indicating solid investor interest.
Dealings in fully-paid rights shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are set to begin on Nov. 14.
