Portal Ventures 由前高盛和 Insight Partners 员工 Evan Fisher 创立，专注于为加密货币初创公司提供首轮投资。其首期 4000 万美元基金于 2022 年初完成募集，主要投资于 2023 年熊市期间，目前已全部部署完毕，预计明年开始分配收益。
