联交所对克莉丝汀(01210.HK) 前非执行董事洪敦清作出董事不适合性声明及谴责，并进一步指令若洪敦清于今次纪律行动声明公布或刊发后的14天后仍担任该公司或其任何附属公司的董事或高级管理阶层成员，该公司的上市地位将根据《上市规则》第 2A.10A(2)(b)条予以取消。
联交所指，洪敦清自2017年11月17日起担任该公司董事。在2022年12月1日刊发的监管通讯中，联交所公开批评洪敦清，并指令洪敦清于90日内完成15小时的培训，及在完成培训后两周内提供有关其完全合规的证据(培训指令)。直到目前为止，洪敦清仍未符合培训指令。(ha/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
