Frasers Property (SGX:TQ5) logged a profit attributable to owners of SG$148.9 million in fiscal second half ended Sept. 30, against an attributable loss of SG$52.6 million a year ago, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Earnings per share came in at SG$0.033, compared with a loss per share of SG$0.019 in the year-ago period.
The property developer's revenue rose 33% year on year to SG$2.67 billion from SG$2.0 billion, mainly due to contributions from residential projects in Singapore and China and gains from industrial and logistics properties in Australia.
The directors proposed a first and final dividend of SG$0.045 for the period.
