　　百济神州（06160）发布公告，就存续的目的，董事会拟议将公司英文名称从“BeiGene， Ltd．”变更为“BeOne Medicines Ltd．”并采纳包含拟议公司英文名称变更的拟议瑞士章程。公司的中文名称将保持不变。

　　公告称，新英文名称彰显公司对研发创新药物，以及通过携手全球各界，服务更多患者从而消除癌症的承诺。董事会相信拟议公司英文名称变更符合公司和股东的整体利益。
