新浪科技讯 11月13日上午消息，天眼查法律诉讼信息显示，近日，恒大新能源汽车投资控股集团有限公司新增一条股权冻结信息，股权被执行的企业为恒大新能源汽车（江苏）有限公司，冻结股权数额3000万美元，冻结期限自2024年11月11日至2027年11月10日，执行法院为苏州工业园区人民法院。

　　恒大新能源汽车投资控股集团有限公司成立于2019年1月，法定代表人为刘伟胜，注册资本35亿美元，由恒大新能源汽车控股（香港）有限公司、恒大恒驰新能源汽车（广东）有限公司共同持股。
