Advancer Global (SGX: 43Q) completed the disposal of its stake in associate company G3 Environmental, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Advancer Global held a 20.1% stake in G3 Environmental via its subsidiary Advancer Global Facility. The other shareholders in the target were TEE International (SGX:M1Z) subsidiary TEE Infrastructure and Kenmoore Mezzanine Investments. The three partners agreed to sell G3 Environmental to Re Sustainability in August.
The SG$22 million transaction has concluded, with G3 Environmental no longer an associate of Advancer Global as of Nov. 13.
