智通财经APP讯，指尖悦动(06860)发布公告，原定于2024年11月6日举行的恢复聆讯其后已修订为2024年11月14日。于上述聆讯后，香港高等法院发出命令，同意证监会修订呈请并包括其他案件管理指示。经修订呈请包括添加公司全资附属公司FT Entertainment Limited及上海游民网络科技有限公司(连同公司，“相关集团公司”)为答辩人;及加入对刘先生及若干前董事的指控，内容有关相关集团公司于2020年5月至2021年3月期间授出的外部贷款(“贷款”)，构成证监会寻求的额外济助的基础，即就相关集团公司授出贷款承受的损失而以该等公司为受益人发出的补偿令。
