智通财经APP获悉，安进(AMGN.US)周三澄清道，其实验性减肥药与骨密度变化之间没有关联。一天前，这一担忧使该公司的市值蒸发了120多亿美元。
据悉，Cantor Fitzgerald的分析师在一份报告中表示，他们对安进的MariTide的早期数据进行了评估，发现该药物导致骨密度有所下降。首次影响，该制药商的股价周二下跌约7%。
安进对此回应称：“第一阶段的研究结果没有显示出任何骨骼安全问题，也没有改变我们对MariTide承诺的信念。”并补充道，公司期待着今年晚些时候中期研究的数据。
安进发表声明后，其股价在周三美股盘前上涨逾2%。

但至少有四位分析师表示，这些担忧被夸大了，尤其是考虑到该公司正在进行一项中期研究，并计划投资于一项更大规模的后期试验。
Piper Sandler分析师Christopher Raymond在一份报告中表示，新的安全信号肯定会引起任何药物的警惕，但安进对MariTide的了解比华尔街多得多。
据了解，MariTide可以激活与饱腹感相关的GLP-1激素，类似于诺和诺德(NVO.US)的Wegovy和礼来(LLY.US)的Zepbound等畅销的减肥药。
但MariTide的不同之处在于，它阻断了另一种名为GIP的肠道激素的活动，而GIP与脂肪储存和代谢调节有关。
安进希望，与Wegovy和Zepbound相比，这种不同的疗法可以更快地减肥，减少给药频率。
