Centurion (SGX:OU8) posted a revenue of SG$62.1 million in the third quarter, up 22% from SG$51.1 million in the year-ago period, according to a late Wednesday bourse disclosure.
The company, which owns foreign worker dormitories and student-accommodation facilities in its portfolio, attributed the increase in revenue to positive rental revisions and strong occupancies.
The company's shares were down nearly 3% in recent trade.
