智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)涨超5%，9月底至今累计涨幅已超1.3倍。截至发稿，涨5.16%，报11港元，成交额3624.27万港元。
消息面上，港交所权益披露资料显示，信置主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达于场内增持维他奶200万股，每股平均价10.0386元，涉资2007.7万港元。增持后黄志达名下持有维他奶股份数目为1.18亿股，持股比例增至11.04%。
10月7日，黄志达首次申报通过旗下公司杨协成及其家族办公室，合计持有维他奶超过5%股权。对此，上市公司杨协成公告称，“增持动作符合投资亚洲地区领导性企业的政策，增加了公司在中国内地、中国香港植物饮料行业的投资。”同时表示，公司可能考虑进一步投资。
