智通财经APP获悉，内房股早盘高开低走，现悉数转跌，截至发稿，新城发展(01030)跌3.6%，报2.14港元；中梁控股(02772)跌3.57%，报0.135港元；融创中国(01918)跌2.82%，报2.76港元；世茂集团(00813)跌2.31%，报1.27港元。
消息面上，摩根士丹利发布研报称，国家财政部昨日(13日)推出一系列有关住房税收减免措施，以降低买卖双方的交易成本。措施基本符合市场预期，并可能在短期内对房地产销售提供轻微帮助。该行认为，措施虽然或为买卖双方减低成本，不过仍未能扭转居民对楼价审慎的看法。连同居民对加大杠杆的意欲减轻，该行相信上述税项优惠稍微帮助内房销售，但难以支持一个持续的复苏。
大摩提出，地产商几乎无法从政策中获益，因为大多数项目的毛利率仅处于十几个百分比，中海外发展和越秀地可能会相对受益更多，反之认为一线城市的二手房代理机构可能是住房升级需求增强的主要受益者。
