消息面上，11月12日，英方软件与香港宽频签订合作协议。根据协议，香港宽频将成为英方软件在港的总经销商，并引入英方软件的数据复制技术，增强其在香港本地市场的服务能力和支持网络。针对此次合作，英方软件董事长兼总经理胡军擎认为，这能够进一步为香港各行业带来多元化、多层次的数据保护与管理解决方案，并使得双方得以携手提升客户营运弹性，增强业务韧性。
公开资料显示，英方软件是一家专注于数据复制的基础软件企业，致力于动态文件字节级复制、数据库语义级复制、卷层块级复制及其他信息化技术的研发与推广。今年6月，英方软件在香港启动了全资子公司并组建了本土化运营团队，并已成功为香港某知名的金融服务机构提供了产品及服务。此次的总经销商香港宽频则专注于发展企业方案业务，是领先的系统集成ICT服务供应商。
