　　K CASH集团（02483）公布，于2024年11月 8日，该公司成功获得银团贷款。该融资的金额为5亿5千万港元，为该集团成立以来的最大单一融资信贷。

　　根据该融资筹集的资金将用于该集团的一般企业用途，包括扩大集团的贷款组合及为集团的现有金融债务进行再融资。

　　透过订立该融资，集团可扩阔其融资渠道，补充其经营所需资金及优化集团负债结构。公司亦将继续监察其利率风险，并在适当市况下考虑利用金融工具对冲浮息债务涉及的重大风险。
