智通财经APP获悉，香港宽频(01310)现涨近6%，盘中高见4.41港元创去年6月以来新高。截至发稿，涨5.9%，报4.13港元，成交额1.17亿港元。
消息面上，香港宽频近日公布截至今年8月底止全年业绩，营业额106.51亿港元，同比减少9%。股东应占溢利1027.7万港元，上年同期亏12.67亿港元，同比扭亏为盈。
大摩认为，可持续性是其首要因素，需更多耐心以恢复投资者信心。另认为香港宽频杠杆比率低于5倍应有助将贷款息差由2.75%降至2.2%，可进一步节省利率。该行预期再融资的进展将会持续，同时，未来2-3年派息比率可能维持在75%，以继续保留现金，协助修复资产负债表比率。
