华润啤酒签订新IT服务协议，年度采购上限7330万元
财中社11月18日电华润啤酒（00291/80291）发布公告，宣布已于2024年11月18日签订2024年IT服务供应框架协议，以替代将于2024年12月31日到期的2022年IT服务供应框架协议。此协议的有效期从2025年1月1日开始，至2027年12月31日结束，旨在满足集团对IT服务的预期需求。根据新协议，华润数科控股将通过自身及其附属公司向公司提供多种IT服务，包括应用及操作系统的维护、信息技术基础设施支持等。
预计根据该协议，未来三年的年度采购上限将分别为7330万元。与2022年和2023年的过往交易金额相比，2022年为5400万元，2023年为6953万元，2024年截至10月的交易金额为4428万元，显示出公司对IT服务需求的持续增长。根据上市规则，因该交易的年度上限适用百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，故仅需遵守申报、公告及年度审阅规定，免于独立股东批准。
