最新售出单位为“缇外”第6座地下A室连装修花园大宅，实用面积为3,466平方呎，花园面积为2,206平方呎，属四房四套房另加双工人房间隔，刚以1.8亿元成交，平均实用面积呎价约51,933元。上述单位成交价包括1个住宅停车位。
