智通财经APP讯，凯盛新能(01108)发布公告，于2024年11月18日，公司的全资附属公司桐城新能源与国际工程订立包投产服务合同，据此，国际工程同意委托，及桐城新能源同意提供，广西北海德金新材料产业园I期A线项目试生产期的员工技术培训及现场包投产技术服务。
公告称，集团的主营业务包括玻璃制造、技术玻璃制品制造及技术服务等。集团与国际工程本着互惠互利、共同发展的原则，充分利用各自行业优势开展项目合作，有助于提升集团的行业影响力。同时，包投产服务合同项下拟进行的交易可充分发挥集团所拥有的专业技术人员和产线设备装备优势，为集团带来一定的收益。
