格隆汇11月20日丨万物新生(RERE.US)公布第三季度财报。财报显示，公司2024年第三季度净营收为40.51亿元，同比增长24.4%；第三季度净利润1790万元·，上年同期净亏损4420万元;基本及摊薄后每股收益为0.11元，上年同期每股亏损0.27元。

按业务划分，产品营收为36.72亿元，同比增长25.6%;服务营收为3.79亿元，同比增长13.9%。消费品交易数量为910万件，上年同期为820万件。

爱回收的创始人、董事长兼首席执行官陈雪峰表示："我们很高兴地报告，2024年第三季度我们的总净收入达到人民币40.5亿元，同比增长24.4%。我们尤其受到消费者对我们电子产品以旧换新服务广泛接受的鼓舞，这些服务为消费者提供了无缝的体验和极具竞争力的定价。我们的爱回收门店保持了行业领先地位，成为用户回收可再利用消费品以及购买高品质、高性价比二手电子设备的首选目的地。"

爱回收的首席财务官陈晨补充道："第三季度是我们增强盈利能力道路上的又一个里程碑，我们实现了基于GAAP的正向运营收入，同时非GAAP的运营收入首次超过人民币1亿元。这些成果反映了我们在优化运营支出方面的成功举措，以及历史收购中摊销费用影响的逐渐减弱。我们还通过在本季度回购超过1200万美元的股票，展现了对股东回报的承诺。展望未来，我们将继续专注于提升运营效率，并为用户和股东创造可持续的价值。"

展望未来，公司预计第四季度营收将在47.4亿元至48.4亿元之间，同比增长22.4%至24.9%。
