格隆汇11月20日｜据知情人士透露，黑石集团已成为收购西部电机(Seibu Holdings Inc.)正在出售的东京一处多功能办公大楼的领先者，这笔交易可能价值约4,000亿日元(约合26亿美元)。上述知情人士表示，经过长达数月的竞标过程，西部电机已选择与这家美国另类投资公司合作，出售其东京花园露台Kioicho。其他最终竞标者包括KKR & Co.和BentallGreenOak。西部电机在一份电子邮件声明中表示，作为其中期计划的一部分，公司一直在讨论出售东京花园露台Kioicho，并希望在年底前敲定交易，但尚未做出任何决定。
