UFO Moviez India (NSE:UFO, BOM:539141) has agreed to acquire the digital cinema deployment business of United Mediaworks for 120 million Indian rupees, according to a Wednesday filing to the stock exchanges.
In addition, the company has entered into a non-compete agreement with United Mediaworks, its promoters, and key person and has agreed to a non-compete fee of 10 million rupees.
