智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(601600.SH)公告，公司所属青海分公司、连城分公司、贵州分公司拟通过协议方式以货币资金收购中国铝业集团高端制造股份有限公司(简称“中铝高端制造”)扁锭生产线相关资产，交易对价为前述资产经评估后净值约人民币1.75亿元(以最终经备案评估报告为准)。
公司将扁锭资产注入中铝高端制造后，在一定程度上发挥了为中铝高端制造保供扁锭的积极作用，但在运行过程中，也出现了市场统筹规划不足致产能利用率下降、资产及人员管理边界不清等问题，扁锭资产的生产效率无法得到最大发挥。鉴于前述原因，公司与中铝高端制造本着双方利益最大化原则，经协商一致，拟由公司所属三家分公司收购中铝高端制造扁锭生产线相关资产。通过本次收购，有利于实现资产产权和管理权的统一，进一步厘清管理边界，实现公司所属企业电解铝和铝合金生产协同，提高资产运营效率。
