和记电讯香港全资子公司竞得香港新频谱 需支付6.4亿港元
财中社11月20日电和记电讯香港（00215）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司和记电话于2024年11月20日成功投得指配A频带及指配B频带，成为这两个频谱的暂定成功竞投人。此次取得的频谱将使和记电话在未来15年内继续在香港提供公共流动电讯服务，包括5G服务。和记电话需向通讯局支付的频谱使用费总额约为6.4亿港元。
根据公告，和记电话在拍卖中获得的频谱包括合计110兆赫的无线电频谱，其中指配A频带为20兆赫，指配B频带为90兆赫。频谱使用费可选择一次性全额支付或15分期支付，每期金额将增加2.5%。此外，和记电话还需提供合共7500万港元的履约保证，以确保遵循网络及服务要求，达到覆盖香港90%人口的标准。该交易构成须予披露的交易，相关百分比率超出5%但低于25%。
