中泰证券指出，政策持续发力，明确强调要促进房地产市场止跌回稳。该行指出，长期来看，建筑地产仍会是我国经济的重要产业，基本盘体量还是很大，经过本轮行业调整之后，地产建筑产业有望从高杠杆粗放式的经营模式走向精细化创新式的经营模式，而数字化手段是增强产业公司精细化发展能力的重要手段，地产建筑行业的数字化红利有望加速释放。
据悉，明源云在房地产开发商软件服务解决方案的垂直赛道中市占率高，公司积极转型客户结构，截至1H24，超过50%的收入来自于国企客户。此外，明源云今年8月宣布，董事会已决定动用股份购回授权，视乎市场情况，自8月16日起，公司可能以总金额不超过5亿港元不时于公开市场购回股份。
