智通财经APP讯，万国数据-SW(09698)发布2024年第三季度业绩，该集团取得净收入人民币29.66亿元(单位下同)，同比增长17.7%;净亏损2.31亿元，同比收窄45.08%;经调整EBITDA为12.96亿元，同比增长15%;每股普通股亏损0.14元。
万国数据主席兼首席执行官黄伟先生表示：“2024年第三季度，我们在主要战略领域均取得稳健表现。在中国，客户加速迁入的趋势仍在继续，原因在于我们执行了在交付已签约未计费面积的同时有选择性地取得新订单的战略。在国际方面，我们近期的股权融资是我们向前迈出的重要一步，使我们能够很好地把握国际市场的巨大增长机遇。”
首席财务官Dan Newman先生表示：“2024年第三季度，我们的收入及经调整EBITDA分别同比增长18%及15%。GDSI的10亿美元股权融资将支持我们雄心勃勃的国际扩张计划，这进一步肯定GDSI为我们股东带来的潜在价值。”
公司确认先前提供的指引的2024年的总收入为113.4亿元至117.6亿元，经调整EBITDA 49.5亿元至51.5亿元维持不变。
公司将先前提供的资本支出指引65亿元(包括中国业务的25亿元和国际业务的40亿元)修订为110亿元，包括支持迁入所需的中国业务的30亿元及国际业务的80亿元，反映业务扩张速度加快。
