智通财经APP获悉，据外媒报道，奥洛兹美医疗首席执行官海伦·托利(Helen Torley)称，公司计划以现金形式融资20亿欧元(合21亿美元)收购德国Evotec公司。Torley在接受采访时表示：“我们有信心以全额现金交易的方式为这笔交易提供资金。不会动用股权。她表示：“由于我们承担了一些债务，我们强劲的现金流将能够在交易完成后迅速将我们的杠杆率降至两倍。”
据报道，总部位于圣地亚哥的奥洛兹美医疗预计将以手头约6亿美元的现金和剩余的债务为部分收购提供资金。Torley补充说，该公司正与潜在银行贷款人敲定债务融资。
奥洛兹美医疗公司生产的自动注射设备可以更快地将大量药物送入患者体内。其制药合作伙伴包括强生(JNJ.US)和百时美施贵宝(BMS)。与此同时，Evotec将帮助制药公司选择进一步开发的分子以及药物生产。
报道称，私募股权公司Triton Partners披露了对Evotech的持股，并一直在考虑发起收购。该报援引Torley的话说：“我们认为这是为奥洛兹美医疗本已强劲的营收增长故事锦上添花的好方法。”“我们已经有了药物输送，这将带来药物的发现和生产。”
