消息面上，10月16日，思摩尔国际的大客户英美烟草召开资本市场交流日活动，会上英美烟草不仅再次明确提出2035年成为无烟企业(即全面成为新型烟草企业)的目标，而且重点分享了新型烟草相关产品的最新情况，对于后续发展传递积极信号。
国金证券指出，特朗普提名肯尼迪为卫生与公众服务部长，负责管理FDA，肯尼迪对于电子烟的监管立场未明；雾芯科技第三季度营收7.6亿元，同比增长51.6%，环比增长20.6%。该行指出，思摩尔深度绑定头部品牌商，将显著受益于美国合规市场扩容（目前非法市场占比雾化烟整体销售达到70%+水平)，并且HNB业务发展指的期待。
