消息面上，中国生物制药发布公告，集团与礼新医药科技(上海)有限公司(礼新医药)签署股权投资及战略合作协议。集团以自筹资金入股礼新医药，并就LM-108及未来潜在的多个创新双特异性抗体或抗体偶联药物(ADC)在中国大陆地区达成战略合作。
礼新医药于2024年10月18日宣布完成3亿元人民币C1轮融资，募集资金用于加快推进临床管线药物开发和创新平台建设。根据增资认购协议，集团作为本轮融资领投方，向礼新医药支付1.42亿元人民币，取得本次交易后礼新医药4.91%的股权。
集团与礼新医药就LM-108在中国大陆地区达成战略合作协议。另外，集团有权选择礼新医药在研管线中多个双特异性抗体或ADC创新药物进行合作，具体条款另行约定。
