据内媒报道，消息指海尔集团计划收购汽车之家(02518.HK) 的消息已得到确认，海尔可能很快就会对外宣布这个消息。
消息提到，海尔本次是收购汽车之家部分股权以实现控股，收购后预计会在明年1月对汽车之家裁员30%，今年年底，海尔相关团队将会正式入驻，汽车之家高层也会出现较大变动，据传，目前汽车之家正在物色新CEO。(sl/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
