被证监会点名股权集中的SPROCOMM INTEL(01401.HK) 今日(20日)低开14.93%后初段急泻，最低见1.07元或大跌91.4%。现报1.57元，急挫87.4%，成交1,905.8万股，涉资2,783.29万元。
证监会称，SPROCOMM股权高度集中，指公司在今年11月7日有26名股东持有公司股份共5.17亿股，相当于公司已发行股本之51.74%。经查讯后发现，于11月7日共有4,760.3万股公司股份虽有在香港股东名册登记为香港中央结算所持有，惟没有结存在中央结算及交收系统(CCASS)。证监会表示，上述有关股权连同公司两名大股东所持的3.45亿股，已占公司已发行股本之91%，意味已发行股本只有9%或9,002.2万股由其他股东持有。(mn/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
