金吾财讯 | Sprocomm Intelligence Limited(01401)遭香港证监会点名股权高度集中，早盘股价跳水，截至发稿，报1.45港元，跌88.36%，成交额3177.05万港元。值得注意的是，该股自9月12日至2024年11月6日期间，公司股价累计涨幅超达到329.8%。香港证监会最近曾就Sprocomm Intelligence Limited股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示该公司于2024年11月7日，有26名股东合共持有约5.17亿股该公司股份，相当于该公司已发行股本51.74%。查讯结果亦显示，于2024年11月7日，合共有4760.4万股该公司股份(占已发行股本4.76%)虽于香港股东名册中登记为香港中央结算(代理人)有限公司(“HKSCC Nominees Limited”)所持有，但并没有结存于中央结算及交收系统(“CCASS”)。有关股权连同由该公司两名大股东持有约3.45亿股(占已发行股本34.50%)，相当于该公司已发行股本91%。因此，该公司只有9002.2万股(占已发行股本9%)由其他股东持有。证监会提醒，鉴于股权高度集中于数目不多之股东，即使少量股份成交，该公司股份价格亦可能大幅波动，股东及有意投资者于买卖该公司股份时务请审慎行事。
