智通财经APP获悉，红星美凯龙(01528)反弹逾12%，该股昨日收跌逾12%。截至发稿，涨12.86%，报2.37港元，成交额1.31亿港元。
消息面上，证监会“市值管理14条”近日正式发布，要求上市公司提高市值管理水平，维护投资者利益。其中特别要求主要指数成分股和长期破净公司制定估值提升计划。中信建投指出，市值管理指引的发布和实施将对建筑装饰行业长期破净的上市公司产生积极作用。市值管理指引的出台将引导公司通过增持回购、资本运作、分红等方式提升自身价值，估值向1XPB回归。数据显示，当前美凯龙A股的市净率为0.36，H股市净率仅约0.19。
值得注意的是，美凯龙开始跨界卖车，公司携手建发汽车打造的“π空间”首店近期在成都开业。2024年中报显示，该公司上半年实现营收42.25亿元，同比下滑25.35%；归母净利亏损12.53亿元，相较上年同期减少13.74亿元，同比大跌1140.34%。2024年三季度延续亏损状态，营收为58.15亿元，归属于母公司股东利润为-18.87亿元。
