Real estate developer Godrej Properties (NSE:GODREJPROP, BOM:533150) has acquired a 53-acre of land in Kolkata, India for the development of a residential project, according to a Wednesday filing to the stock exchanges.
The land has a development potential of 1.3 million square feet of residential plotted development with an estimated revenue potential of 5 billion Indian rupees.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trade.
