China Ting Group (HKG:3398) plans to appoint BDO as its auditor until the company's next annual general meeting, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The appointment came after PricewaterhouseCoopers resigned from the same position on Thursday at the company's request.
The garment and investment holding company's shares were down over 1% in recent trade.
