【港股收评：恒生科技指数涨0.41% 医药板块全日走强】金十数据11月20日讯，恒生指数午后回暖，主要股指延续上涨趋势。截至收盘,香港恒生指数收涨0.21%，恒生科技指数收涨0.41%。板块个股方面上，医药、重型机械、影视、航空、医药外包、手游等行业板块涨幅居前；来凯医药(02105.HK)涨超48%，科济药业(02171.HK)、荣昌生物(09995.HK)收涨超10%。今日大型科技股涨跌不一，快手(01024.HK)涨近2%，美团(03690.HK)、腾讯控股(00700.HK)均涨超1%，小米集团(01810.HK)连续第二日下跌，收跌1%。今日汽车、纸业板块走低，晨鸣纸业(01812.HK)下挫逾20%，蔚来汽车(09866.HK)跌近4%。
