智通财经APP讯，中广核新能源(01811)发布公告，于2024年11月20日，该公司与中广核(北京)新能源科技订立风电场及光伏电站运维服务框架协议，自2024年11月20日起至2026年12月31日止期间，公司同意委聘中广核(北京)新能源科技为集团的所有风电场及光伏电站提供技术维护服务。
董事会认为，中广核(北京)新能源科技具备为风电场及光伏电站提供技术维护服务的专业知识，拥有多年的经验和能力，能够在中国各地开展技术维护服务，满足集团的需要及要求。此外，在2021年风电场及光伏电站运维服务框架协议期间，中广核(北京)新能源科技在物资保障、新产品新技术运用、数字化建设等方面提供了优质的服务，为风电场及光伏场站运营的稳定性、设备效率提升等方面做出了良好贡献。因此，委聘中广核(北京)新能源科技为集团的风电场及光伏电站提供技术维护服务，将使集团能够以更具成本效益、更及时和更稳定的方式提供有关服务，董事会认为这将对双方都有利。
