智通财经APP讯，天津银行(01578)发布公告，结合市场信息，基于审慎原则，并综合考虑该行现有业务状况及对未来审计服务的需求，该行拟解聘普华永道中天会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)及罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(合称为“普华永道”)作为该行2024年度审计的会计师事务所。普华永道的任期至股东大会审议通过解聘会计师事务所相关议案时结束。
根据招标选聘结果，该行董事会建议聘任毕马威华振会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为国内审计师负责该行2024年国内准则年度财务报表的审计工作以及建议聘任毕马威会计师事务所(合称为“毕马威”)为国际审计师负责该行2024年国际准则年度财务报表的审计工作，以填补解聘普华永道后产生的空缺，毕马威的任期至该行下届年度股东大会结束时为止，审计费用人民币287万元。
