Kelsian Group (ASX:KLS) subsidiary, Swan Transit, secured a 10-year contract renewal with the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia to operate bus services in the Bunbury and Busselton regions, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Work covers operating and maintaining government-owned assets, including about 72 buses and two depots.
The contract, effective Jan. 1, 2025, will provide about AU$100 million in revenue over its duration, the filing said.
The transport provider and tourism operator's shares were down over 1% in morning trade Wednesday.
