智通财经APP讯，香港宽频(01310)发布公告，董事会谨就该等媒体报道作出澄清并知会公司股东与潜在投资者，董事会已收到中国移动香港有限公司(潜在要约人)提出无约束力建议，表示其可能提出现金收购要约(可能要约)，以收购(除潜在要约人及其一致行动方已经拥有的公司已发行股份以外)公司全部已发行普通股份。于本公告刊发日期，公司与潜在要约人仍在讨论该等建议的条款(包括价格)。
此外，公司已向联交所申请股份自2024年11月20日上午9时起恢复在联交所进行买卖。
