【美国里士满联储前高管就内幕交易认罪】金十数据11月20日讯，美国司法部发布声明称，现年43岁的前里士满联邦储备银行高级监管人员Robert Thompson当地时间11月19日在里士满联邦法院认罪。他承认自己从自己负责监管的一些银行那里获得机密信息后进行了内幕交易，并向美联储说谎、否认自己拥有上市金融机构的股票。量刑将于3月19日进行。检察官本月指控Thompson从涉及逾七家金融机构的69项非法交易中获利约77.17万美元。检方没有给出这些机构的名字，但是美国证券交易委员会11月8日针对Thompson提起的另一宗诉讼，指出至少其中两家：纽约社区银行和Capital One Financial Corp。
