智通财经APP获悉，SPROCOMM INTEL(01401)早盘重挫逾90%，截至发稿，跌90.37%，报1.2港元，成交额407.77万港元。
消息面上，香港证监会最近曾就SPROCOMM INTEL的股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示该公司于2024年11月7日，有26名股东合共持有约5.17亿股该公司股份，相当于该公司已发行股本的51.74%；合共有4760.4万股该公司股份(占已发行股本的4.76%)并未结存于CCASS；有关股权连同由该公司两名大股东持有的约3.45亿股，相当于该公司已发行股本的91%。因此，该公司只有9002.2万股(占已发行股本的9%)由其他股东持有。
智通财经APP此前在《股东多次减持，SPROCOMM INTEL(01401)却上演“疯狂一月”？》中指出，近期公司控股股东屡屡大笔减持。9月13日，控股股东超新有限公司减持1.65亿股公司股份，27日又获控股股东立坚减持1.65亿股公司股份，减持后立坚所持的股份数目由3.7亿股(占公司总额已发行股本约37.0%)减至2.05亿股股份(占公司已发行股本总额约20.5%)。
