智通财经APP讯，中国外运(00598)发布公告，基于对公司未来持续发展的信心和对公司价值的认可，为了维护广大投资者利益、增强投资者对公司的投资信心、稳定及提升公司价值，公司拟通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式进行股份回购，本次回购的股份将全部予以注销并减少公司注册资本。
拟回购的资金总额不低于人民币2.71亿元(含)，不超过人民币5.42亿元(含)。
回购股份价格上限为7.43元/股(不高于公司董事会审议通过回购股份决议前30个交易日公司股票交易均价的150%)。若在回购实施期限内，公司发生资本公积金转增股本、派送股票或现金红利等除权除息事项，自股价除权除息之日起，相应调整回购股份价格上限。
拟回购期限自公司股东大会审议通过本次回购方案之日起 12 个月内。
