智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(02600)发布公告，公司于2024年11月19日分别召开董事会会议、监事会会议，审议通过了《关于回购注销部分激励对象已获授但尚未解除限售的限制性股票及调整回购价格的议案》，同意公司对2021年限制性股票激励计划限制性股票回购价格进行调整，并回购注销36名激励对象已获授但尚未解除限售的限制性股票86.68万股。
鉴于公司即将实施2024年中期权益分派，本次激励计划首次授予的限制性股票回购价格由人民币2.93元╱股调整为人民币2.85元╱股;预留授予的限制性股票回购价格由人民币2.09元╱股调整为人民币2.01元╱股。
