智通财经APP讯，医思健康(02138)发布公告，预计集团截至2024年9月30日止六个月取得财务业绩如下：(i)报告期内扣除利息、税项、自有物业折旧、厂房及设备摊销前的盈利较截至2023年9月30日同期的约2.087亿港元息税折旧及摊销前的盈利，增加不少于7%;及(ii)报告期内除税后溢利较截至2023年9月30日同期的约2140万港元纯利增加不少于60%。
董事会认为，报告期内纯利和息税折旧及摊销前的盈利增加的主要原因是：(i)于2024年3月31日及2023年3月31日财政年度新设立的服务点营运效率有所提升;(ii)优化总部在租金和员工支出方面的成本;及(iii)净利息支出(即利息支出减利息收入)减少。
