中国生物制药(01177.HK) 公布，以自筹资金入股礼新医药，并就LM-108及未来潜在的多个创新双特异性抗体或抗体偶联药物(ADC)在中国地区达成战略合作。
礼新医药于10月18日宣布完成3亿元人民币C1轮融资，募集资金用于加快推进临床管线药物开发和创新平台建设。根据增资认购协议，集团作为本轮融资领投方，向礼新医药支付1.42亿元人民币，取得本次交易后礼新医药4.91%的股权。
LM-108是礼新医药基于其独家多次跨膜蛋白抗体发现平台，自主研发的靶向CCR8的单克隆抗体。LM-108目前处于II期临床阶段，其开发进度在中国同靶点项目中排名第一、全球排名前三。早期探索临床研究数据显示，LM-108在多种实体瘤治疗中均展现良好的安全性和疗效，有望为晚期肿瘤患者提供更好的治疗选择。
