公司董事会欣然宣布，于2024年11月19日，董事会决议根据《上市规则》第3.05条委任执行董事陈少宏先生为公司授权代表，任期至董事会提出解职或其不再担任公司董事时为止。截至本公告日期，公司《上市规则》第3.05条项下的授权代表为陈少宏先生及唐向东先生。
