智通财经APP讯，宏基集团控股(01718)公布，集团预期于截至2024年9月30日止六个月取得不低于约1100万港元的亏损净额，而于2023年同期则为溢利净额约1837.8万港元。
公告称，预期亏损净额乃主要由于报告期间对金融及合约资产计提减值亏损拨备，而于2023年同期取得金融及合约资产减值亏损拨回;及由于公司扩展其现有业务，以保持集团经营的稳定性及可持续性，销售费用及一般及行政费用(包括董事薪酬及员工薪金、使用权资产折旧及其他营运费用)增加。
